My friend John Seymour has written a play for the 800th aniversary of Crook Hall, Durham. The play is called ‘The White Lady’ – performances are on the 22nd and 23rd of October 2017 performed at 6:30 in the great hall. I have created some artwork for the poster. The brief was that the play takes us through time to learn more about mystery of The White Lady.
Crook Hall is known for its abundant gardens, hence the playful garden painting.
I have then experimented as to how it might look with text….this is not the final poster
Had a fun day painting at Whitley Bay yesterday.
Six foot waves were great to watch and paint.
Painting bluebell woods in watercolour workshop at Wylam was really well attended. They did great work and fun was had by all.
